Make A Change In Your Club

In your spare time you may be a member of a sports or youth club. If you're successfully dealing with waste at home, why not broaden out and continue this in your club as well? It is just as easy to make a change in your club especially if you involve others to help you get things going - after all, clubs are all about team work! There are lots of small changes that can make a big difference. You can even make or save some money to put into club activities.

Make A Change In Your Community

If you feel you are up to the challenge look a step further again. What changes could the Race Against Waste make to your wider community? Race Against Waste has developed two very successful waste management guides for businesses; Small Change and Action at Work. These take companies through developing a waste management plan step by step.

If your town / neighbourhood has a Tidy Towns committee this is an excellent place to start. Why not approach the Tidy Towns committee and encourage them to join the Race Against Waste. Making a change in your community is easy! All you need to do is to point businesses and community groups in your area in the right direction.
